Anyone that are not blacklisted are free to use my art and own my designs freely with correct ownership over piece e.g. commissioned work, being traded one of my designs.My fandom art can be used for edits, rentrys and profile layouts without permission as long as I'm credited somewhere; this includes reposts on other platforms. My oc art (of my own designs and owned by me) can also be used for such things with my permission.Do not use any of my art for commercial use unless discussed in advance and extra fees are payed for the service, this includes selling merchandise/ prints of my art or putting my art behind a paywall. Personal merchandise of my art is welcomed, as long as it is not being sold outwardly. Emotes and server use of my art is alright.Do not use my art as a method of promoting hateful and discriminatory content against any group of people.Please do not edit my art in anyway without my permission.┆designs┆
Any of my adopts or personal designs cannot be heavily referenced, colour picking aspects of the design is alright. All designs of mine are stored on toyhou.se and, their profiles cannot be deleted without asking for my permission; unless they didn't have a profile to begin with.Designs cannot be sold for higher than their monetary value unless more art is commissioned drawn personally. The money spend on those commissions can be added to the designs value.Do not separate designs ownership without my knowledge, this includes making multiple designs for one character. Additionally, do not override my tos with yours or another persons'.If your wishing to void a design from a species and need permission, please send them this statement as proof. Commissions are made through vgen or, communicated separately between myself and the client.Commissions can take anywhere between, a few days to 2 months at maximum depending on my situation and motivation. I will not provide a refund unless I have discussed properly with the client where the commission is cancelled or, in cases where I am unable to complete a commission.Art will be sent a update at the sketch where any changes can be made about the piece, unless it is specified as a SKEB commissions where no updates are given.I have every right to decline a commission which, im not comfortable with completing.┆payment┆
Payments are made through vgen and paypal. Whether payments can be held for the adopt will be stated on the post, lengths of payment holds can be discussed with myself. Any currency fees must be payed by the client, extra art can be compensated for the fees.I accept co-owns of up to three people owning the same character.
